According to the new schedule, the District Education Officers were asked to prepare the district transfer seniority list of head teachers on 4.4.2025.

The teacher-to-student ratio will be revised from one HTAT head teacher per 250 students to one per 150, addressing surplus issues. These reforms go back to 2011 when HTAT head teachers formed a union.
